ORDERS AND RETURNS

I have placed an order online but I am not sure that it went through—how can I be sure?

You should receive an e-mail straight away to acknowledge you order. Once your order has been accepted by us, you will receive a dispatch email as soon as the item is ready and on its way to you.  If you are still uncertain, please send us email.

Can I buy from bud & june over the phone?

No, all of our sales are done via our website.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with an item, we'd be happy to refund your order within 14 days from the day of purchase. We do not offer free returns, so return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Due to the nature of our merchandise, all items should be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn (with panty liner intact) in original packaging. 

When returning an item to us, please include a copy of the Packing slip/Return Form that was included in your parcel. 

Exchanges

Looking to make an exchange? Please return your item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, you can return an order to us within 14 days by following the return instructions included in your parcel.

Are your clothes tested and certified for safety?

Yes. Our product line is compliant and tested, and meet all relevant standards, including lead content and flammability. If you would like to see a test for a product please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes, for an extra-special touch, you can opt to have your order gift wrapped before we ship it to you or your recipient. Please check the gift wrapping option upon check- out. 

The item I brought is now on sale, can you refund me?

It is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go into sale. As a result we are unable to refund the difference if an item goes down in price after you have made a purchase.

  

SHIPPING

When will I receive my package?

We aim to ship all orders the following shipping day by 12 pm EST. We ship using USPS.  

Can I place an order and send to multiple address?

At this time we can only ship your online order to one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations, however, to do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.
